The
VOHC® Seal
of Acceptance
1. The Submission Fee is not
refunded if the product is not awarded the VOHC Seal.
2. An annual maintenance
fee (see Fee table) will be billed on the anniversary of
the awarding of the Seal.
3. The VOHC Seal is awarded
initially for a 3-year period. The Agreement will ordinarily
be extended by VOHC if the Product has not been changed
in any significant way and if the VOHC Protocol requirements
have not changed in any significant way.

‘single country’ fee is not applicable in
North America.

‘Product
Line’ Submissions
For submissions under the
VOHC Product Line policy, the Submission Fee and Annual Maintenance
Fee will be calculated based on the Single Product fee for
the first product plus 40% of the Single Product fee for
each additional product in the product line.
